Description

Begin your 7-day tour in Durban, traveling south along the scenic coastline of KwaZulu-Natal. Pass through coastal towns such as Margate and Port Edward before entering the Wild Coast region. Continue to Port St. Johns, a town surrounded by dramatic cliffs, rivers, and lush green hills. Relax and enjoy the peaceful coastal environment before staying overnight at a hotel or lodge in Port St. Johns. On the second day, experience the culture of the Amapondo people by visiting an Amapondo village and learning about local traditions and rural lifestyles. The journey then continues inland to Mthatha, a historic town in the Eastern Cape, and later to the coastal city of East London. The day ends in Port Alfred, where you stay overnight at a lodge or hotel. On day three, enjoy a relaxing riverboat cruise along the Kowie River before traveling to Addo Elephant National Park for an exciting wildlife safari. The day concludes with an overnight stay at a beach hotel in Gqeberha. Day four begins with a visit to a traditional Xhosa village to learn about local culture and customs. Continue along the famous Garden Route to Plettenberg Bay, where you explore Robberg Nature Reserve on a scenic hiking trail with views of the ocean and surrounding coastline. After the hike, stay overnight at Forest Gate Lodge or a similar lodge. On day five, the tour continues to Knysna, where you visit the famous Knysna Heads and the lively Knysna Quays Waterfront. The day ends with an overnight stay at a hotel or lodge in Wilderness.
