Fly in Friday morning and you're on Chapman's Peak Drive by early afternoon, one of the world's most scenic coastal roads, before a guided hike up Lion's Head for sunset. Saturday is for the Winelands: a picnic experience at Quoin Rock in Stellenbosch, set against the Simonsberg mountain amphitheatre, followed that evening by a 90-minute sunset cruise on the V&A Waterfront (with Prosecco on board) and a three-course dinner ashore. Sunday morning is yours to choose, an optional quad-biking outing on the Atlantis Dunes, or a slow beach morning, before your afternoon flight home.
