From the moment you enter into the inviting surroundings at Green Food Studio restaurant, the dining experience begins. The relaxed sophistication of the dining room flows onto our outdoor space and heated pool. A pearl white baby grand piano imported from Germany, dramatic chandeliers and the blend of soft and vibrant colors compliments the space.
The menu embraces Chef Sylvester Nair’s culinary style by introducing a wide range of fresh fish, seafood, meats and exotic Indian Cuisine. Savour such dishes as the Seafood Platter with tiger prawns, line fish, lemon grass mussels and calamari or on the lighter side the Mushroom Ravioli served in a light prawn bisque garnished with micro greens.

Meet the Chef - Sylvester Nair is a young chef with an impressive track record. His father, Luke Nair, star of the Oyster Box Hotel’s kitchen is his inspiration, but his formal training at the Culinary Academy on the Backsberg Wine Estate in Paarl only compliments his already impressive culinary skills.
Already a hot contender on the local food scene, Sylvester was recruited to revamp the menu at Boulevard 44 in Ballito and he has created quite a stir with the introduction of his exciting French Cosmopolitan Fusion cuisine.
It’s quick to prepare and serve, combining the freshest, tastiest seasonal ingredients with a touch of fine dining tradition and the restaurant is buzzing as a result. The verdict is unanimous – Boulevard 44 is now the place to be for a dining experience that offers so much more.
